A Simple Practice System for Flair: Warm Up → Drill → Build

If you want consistent gains, your practice needs three parts: preparation, repetition, and structure. iFLAIR supports this end-to-end.
1) Preparation: Start with Stretching and Warmup modes. A short warm-up reduces sloppy reps and helps you keep form clean.
2) Repetition: Use Big Move mode to drill high-impact skills. Pair it with Customizable Timers (rounds + breaks) so you train at the right intensity.
3) Structure: Finish with Sequence and Routine modes to connect skills into something performable—without losing control of transitions.
iFLAIR’s Session Management makes it easy to repeat what worked: save sessions, track performance, and build progressive practice blocks over time.
Try this 20-minute template in iFLAIR:
- 3 min Stretching
- 4 min Warmup
- 8 min Big Move (4 x 90 sec / 30 sec rest)
- 5 min Sequence (smooth transitions, low drops)
